However, to update your warranty status of your HP Product, please e-mail and Fax your proof of purchase/receipt.

NOTE: Hard Copy of the Receipt must be attached.

Along with the e-mail, please include the following:

* Name of the owner:
* Phone Number:
* Physical Address:
* E-mail Address (Optional):
* HP Product Name:
* HP Product Number:
* HP Product Serial Number:
* Case and CSO Number (if applicable):

They will update your registration information within 24 - 48 hours from the time the e-mail is received and then process the order for parts/service.

NOTE: If you have e-mailed your proof of purchase, you will receive a notification once the update occurs.You will only be notified if there is a problem with the warranty.
