I would like to inform you that, The HP Pavilion computers are preinstalled with a hidden System Recovery partition. This drive letter 'D' represents this partition. Maximum part of this partition is occupied by the System Recovery software. It is not recommended to store any personal files on this partition. If any additional files are stored in this partition, you may receive low disk space message. This message may also occur if you try to defragment this partition. It is not recommended to defrag this partition. I request you to remove or move the files to another drive if you have saved any files in D Drive.
