Blue tooth head set activation
I would like to inform you that, you can activate headset profile by following the steps:
1. Click Start, Click Control Panel
2. Double-click on Bluetooth configuration
3. Select Local Services tab, please check whether Headset startup is in Automatic startup or not.
If the Headset Startup is not in Automatic Startup, double-click on Headset, Under General tab, select Startup Automatically, click Apply and OK.
Regarding the device manager, this may appear in Sound, video and game controllers. Once the headset is detected, please follow the steps:
you need to configure Windows to use it as your audio output and voice input device.
1. Click Start, Go to Control Panel - Sounds and Audio Devices, and in the Audio tab select the Bluetooth Audio item for both the Sound playback and Sound Recording section.
2. In the Voice tab, select the Bluetooth Audio item for both the Voice playback and Voice recording sections
Clicking on the "Test hardware" button does not seem to recognize the existence of the microphone on the headset; however, the computer does redirect the sound output to the headset.
Now, the audio should come from the headset.
