string not valid

From your Email, I understand that when you click on HP Health Check “string not recognized as a valid date time” message is appearing in your Notebook.

This issue could be due to various causes. To isolate and resolve this issue I request you to perform the below steps :

*********1. Reset the clock setting by following the steps below:**********

a. Click the Start button
b. Click the Control Panel and then double-click Regional and Language Options if you’re using Control Panel in Classic View OR click Clock, Language, and Region and then click Regional and Language Options.
c. Click Customize this format
d. On the Time tab, Change Time format to hh:mm:ss:tt
Note: Change Time format to HH:mm:ss to switch back to 24-hour clock format.

Installation Instructions

1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.
